Our client is an independent wealth
management group with offices in Jersey
and several other offshore jurisdictions. The Funds division is continuing
to expand, focusing on administration of private equity and property
funds for wealthy clients and corporate investors, and on a variety of
Capital Market structures including tax, employee remuneration, and SPV
structures.
The company is seeking a
Manager with strong corporate trust and company secretarial skills to
focus largely on the affairs of one key client. In addition to technical
skills, the manager must have strong client relationship abilities and be
capable of delivering first class services to a demanding client.
The role is an excellent
opportunity for a committed professional to make a mark within a
successful and expanding corporate structures division.
