Group Head of Private Client Compliance

Our client is a leading international wealth management
group, with a major presence in Jersey
and offices in several other significant jurisdictions across the world,
offering comprehensive fiduciary services to a global private client
base.
Reporting to the Group Head of Compliance and Corporate
Governance in London, the senior manager appointed will
ensure that the group and its private client fiduciary services operate to
the highest standards of conduct. This is a key position and will involve
development of strategic policies for the compliance and anti-money
laundering functions of the offshore group, and provision of leadership,
coaching and technical guidance to compliance teams across all
jurisdictions.
We are therefore seeking a highly experienced
compliance professional, able to work proactively with senior managers
and directors of the offshore group, and able to maintain a strong
working relationship with regulatory authorities and global compliance
teams. The person appointed will have a recognised professional
qualification giving Category “A” status as recognised by the
Jersey Financial Services Commission, and will demonstrate significant
relevant experience at senior level in private client trust or private
banking compliance roles.
