Client Services Director - Wealth Group
£120K+ (ref: Jer/195):
Offshore Executive Recruitment has been retained to
locate a high calibre Client Services Director for a major independent wealth
structuring and fiduciary business, which is headquartered in Jersey. The group is actively expanding its
operations into new areas worldwide. The position is based in Jersey.
Primary requirements for the individual are a high
level of technical competence combined with client-facing and business
development skills. It is crucial that the director has confidence and
credibility in dealing with high level intermediary contacts in legal and
accountancy firms in the City and elsewhere which are major business
referral sources for the group. It is likely that the individual selected
will have developed and can bring a range of professional contacts. The
group views the Middle East, Far East, and Switzerland as important areas
for future business growth, and has pursued acquisitions and established
a regional presence based on this.
The current senior management team of is predominantly
professionally qualified in either law or accountancy. A similar background
would be an excellent fit, but a capable individual with relevant skills
who has followed a different career path such as private banking
fiduciary services could add valuable diversity of outlook to the
management team.
The base salary for the position is likely to be at
least £120K for the calibre of individual sought by the group, plus bonus
and possible later award of an equity stake in the group.
