Associate

client is a successful independent wealth management group, based in Jersey and employing over eighty staff. The firm is
highly experienced in provision and administration of both Fund and
Employee Benefit structures.
The
focus of the role will be to undertake key administrative duties, and to
manage an established and growing Share Plan Team which administers both
approved and unapproved Share Plans for both Listed and Unlisted
Companies. The successful candidate will report through the Divisional
Director to the Human Capital Divisional Board.
Technically,
the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a good knowledge
and practical experience of various types of share schemes - EMI Plans,
Co-investment Plans, Share Incentive Plans, Performance Share Plans,
LTIPs, Esops, Share Save Schemes and ad hoc awards, plus sound knowledge
of UK taxation relating to the provision of awards from Share Plans. Good
IT skills and the ability to monitor a Share Plan specific database will
be needed, and the skill to review Employee Benefit Trust accounts for
presentation to the directors.
The
appointee will demonstrate a strong track record in managing a dedicated
share plan team, plus strong client relationship skills and the ability
to work closely with professional intermediaries. The ideal candidate
would be either ACA or ACCA qualified with a number of years post
qualification experience working within a Share Scheme / Employee Benefit
Trust environment.

client is a leading international private bank, headquartered in Jersey, with offices or a marketing presence in a

Reporting
to the Global Head of Fiduciary Services, the post holder will head a
small team of more junior lawyers and support staff, and will be

Based

to head the small company secretarial team which is responsible for the

experienced manager who will be responsible for the provision of
administration and company secretarial services for non-fund companies
within the fund administration business.
The Senior Manager will liaise closely with directors, lawyers,
and others in the establishment and implementation of these structures
and organisation of associated on-going investment transactions. The
identification of operational and administrative issues will be an
important part of the role, involving working with clients and all areas
within the Jersey office to resolve them.
The Senior Manager
will be responsible for the day-to-day company administration service
provided to these entities, including co-ordination of complex investment
transactions such as property acquisitions and purchases of unquoted
companies. Initially reporting to a director, the appointee will be a
Category “B” trust employee for the trust company licence.
Ideally the person
appointed will be experienced in a similar role within a trust company or
fund administration business and will have a wide understanding of
corporate or fund structures and the Jersey
regulatory regime for Funds and Trust Business.
